Max Foreman

Client Representative: Cincinnati/Dayton

Max Foreman discovered his passion to work with the reentry population while working with incarcerated men and women who were part of a summer job he held. Throughout the summer, a recurring thought remained with him: what will these men and women do with their lives once they are out of incarceration and back into their families and communities? What is in place to navigate their next steps? Max knew then that engaging with the incarcerated community and assisting men and women as they turn the page to the next chapter of their lives was a dream of his--something he is now living out with his work at Damascus.

As a Client Rep, Max is working with men and women who are leaving incarceration or battling addictions in the Central and SW Ohio regions. In understanding their histories and in which ways these men and women want to better themselves within society, Max places them into Damascus employment opportunities and navigates other areas of their lives with them.

Originally from Springfield, Ohio, Max is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati and holds a B.S. degree in Finance. Outside of work, Max enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
