Justine Gibbon

Reentry INployment Program Coordinator

Justine Gibbon brings to Damascus her experience working as a client advocate for Women Helping Women in Cincinnati, and time with the Ohio Animal Advocates in Columbus, Ohio. As the Reentry INployment Program Coordinator, Justine will manage the stakeholders and expand  the Damascus INployment Program throughout the region. Her role will include hiring and training INployment participants inside regional correctional facilities, as well as coordinating workforce solutions with regional employers to elevate production outcomes.

A recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati's College of Law, Justine holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. A native of Zanesville, Ohio, Justine's hobbies include running, writing and crafting. She recently adopted a pup named Cleo. 

 

As the Damascus Reentry INployment Program Coordinator, Justine is "excited to be part of a solution to the many issues we see in the current system!"
